About These Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions on this page apply to the bm389 platform (https://bm389.bio) and all related services. By accessing the platform, registering an account, or placing any bet, the player is considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions.

Terms of Use

2.3 Account Verification

bm389 may request a copy of a player's national ID (NRC), proof of payment method, or other documents. If the requested documents are not provided, payments may be temporarily suspended.

2.4 Individual Account Ownership

An account opened on bm389 belongs solely to the person who created it. Selling, transferring, or giving the account to another person is not permitted.

Deposit Terms

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits on bm389 can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer.

3.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit per transaction is 10,000 Ks for all payment methods.

3.3 Deposit Processing Time

Deposits are credited to accounts after review by the operations team. Deposits are generally fast, but may take a little longer due to bank or payment network delays.

3.4 Deposit Ownership

Deposited funds must be owned by the player and must come from a legitimate source of income. Deposits linked to money laundering will be handled strictly and transactions may be temporarily suspended.

Withdrawal Terms

4.1 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal per transaction is 20,000 Ks.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes. The time may vary depending on the date and time the withdrawal request is submitted.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

To make a withdrawal, players must meet the following conditions:

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed
• If a bonus has been received, the required wagering conditions must be met
• Withdraw using the same payment method used for your deposit

4.4 Payment Methods

Withdrawals can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. Funds can only be withdrawn to the player's own account — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.5 No Refund Policy

Funds lost after playing cannot be refunded. If a technical issue or error occurs related to a deposit, you must notify bm389 customer service immediately and the matter will be handled after investigation.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Players who register at bm389 and make their first deposit can receive a 100% welcome bonus on their deposit amount, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus and your balance becomes 40,000 Ks.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 25x the bonus amount. This means if you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, you must wager 20,000 × 25 = 500,000 Ks before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Each player can receive the bonus once per account only
• Transferring the bonus to another account is not allowed
• bm389 does not allow withdrawal of bonus funds before the wagering requirement is met
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be forfeited

5.4 VIP Program

The bm389 VIP program has 5 tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. As players wager more, they move up the tiers and earn the following weekly cashback rewards:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Gaming and Game Policy

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the bm389 platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to produce fair results. There is no way to predict outcomes in advance.

6.2 Void Rules and Errors

Results of games affected by technical issues, server errors, or game malfunctions may be invalid. In such cases, bm389 may void the game and issue a refund, or resolve the matter by working with the player.

6.3 Betting Limits

6.4 Session Timeout

If a Session Timeout occurs while a player is in the middle of a game, the game will stop and the remaining balance will be saved to the account. The player can log back in and continue.

Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited for all players on bm389 under any circumstances:

• Using any computer program, bot, auto-play script, or any tool that is not part of normal gameplay
• Intentionally exploiting game bugs for profit
• Conducting any activity related to money laundering
• Disrespecting, threatening, or harassing other players or staff
• Linking multiple accounts to abuse bonuses (collusion)
• Fraudulent chargeback claims on payments
• Attempting to hack or breach the platform through technical means

If any of these activities are detected, bm389 may immediately suspend the relevant player's account and handle any funds in the account at its discretion. Legal action will be taken where necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by the Player

If a player wishes to close their account voluntarily, they may request this through bm389 customer service via Live Chat. Any remaining balance will be returned as quickly as possible; only balances that meet the wagering requirements will be eligible for withdrawal.

9.2 Cases Where bm389 May Close an Account

bm389 may close a player's account immediately and without prior notice in the following cases:

• If the account is found to have been opened with false personal information
• If any of the prohibitions stated in these terms and conditions are violated
• If there is suspicion of involvement in money laundering or fraud
• If the player is found to be under 21 years of age
• If more than one account is found to have been opened

9.3 Remaining Balance After Closure

Any balance remaining in an account closed due to a breach of these terms and conditions will be handled at bm389's discretion, and there is a possibility that no refund will be issued. If deposited funds are not linked to a bonus, steps will be taken to review whether a refund can be made.

Limitation of Liability
